Medicare for all not decreasing deaths? I can see that. Do you think it would decrease health care spending?

While AI can replace much thinking in medicine, where do you think the future doctors should be? I.e. training to use the AI, training to correct the AI, training to implement the AI treatment plans?

If someone truely wanted to go into medicine, would you completely discourage them or redirect them? This is a question i ask myself as a nurse who isn't eager to send young people into the dysfunctional circus that is healthcare, but who is also grateful for what has been learned from surviving the curious.

Back to that "regaining public trust point", we had such high hopes for you. But I haven't seen a detailed description of why you and Marty left the Agency so soon. Sorry you couldn't stick around for the full term.

Given that you would recommend against someone going into medicine in the age of AI, what would be your recommendation to someone who already started medical school? Are there specific specialties that are less prone to AI disruption? Are there ones that you would completely discourage going into?

If we can't trust Public Health, can it be rebuilt or are there better options for its component parts?

Has the political right ever used low-quality observational data to draw incorrect, or improperly stated conclusions?

Vaccines causing autism. Probably the biggest right-winged medical propaganda. Vaccines don’t cause autism

Ivermectin for Covid, overstating vax harms (which were real but not as bad as some claimed), etc
