Here is an odd take on a Friday Reflection but hey, it’s the holidays, and I have been on vacation. A few pithy images (if images can be pithy). It is a bit of a reprise from last year but with a bunch of new ones. For those who read from the email, you might not be able to see them all — just view them on the Substack site.
I can honestly and without a whiff of bias claim to be within the intersection of clinically competent, clinically engaged and "top doc" circles. I'm not sure the little red circle applies to me as I am taking new patients but the red circle location implies only those who are marginally clinically engaged are taking new patients. I am only able to remain fully clinically engaged because I radically changed my practice.
