But not to worry, they’ll never be studied there because BigPharma has already bought their answer and they have to promote these expensive drugs before people find out what little value they have.
Great episode. I have a very rosy view of the future of primary care. Healthcare is getting more expensive and more difficult to navigate. Contrarian views are louder than ever before and life is busier than ever before. It seems like this is one of the best careers to have in healthcare.
On the surface it may seem otherwise, especially given the AI hype but I'd compare it to purchasing your home. Even in the most expensive market, with high interest rates, if anything, it's a more desirable asset than ever before. And you'll likely spend much more money on repairing and maintaining it.
