Adam Cifu, you are not wasting your time here. The Sensible Medicine posts are conforming, time after time, that it's not irresponsible to not always go along with the "established medical norm."

I know a sixty year old who was a stem cell donor for a relative.

Medical screening question: "what medications do you take?"

Answer: "none."

Beyond surprised look... "None? You mean really absolutely nothing?"

It was clear that the person doing the intake was thinking "how irresponsible is that!"

Reading Sensible Medicine confirms that it is not necessarily irresponsible. And so does today's post.

Because life should be about -philias not -phobias. I want turkey bacon on my vegan burger, no one ever said 😆

Kirsten, so refreshing! We measure what we can easily measure even though what really counts may not be countable. Well done!
