lots of "googling" and having my reluctant MD spouse participate, allowed my to learn about the pancreas 🙃. Homophones should have been obvious. He didn't recall "Thrones" as part of the mnemonic for parathyroidism, can you clarify?

I've not heard that one but assume thrones refers to the toilet and time spent on it due to constipation from hypercalcaemia

I got 75% right. Proud that I remembered the old mnemonic for parathyroidism: stones, bones, and abdominal groans. Missed the homophones. Had to look that one up.
