You guys mentioned that your audience can ask questions, so I got one: My primary question is (has been for awhile), what is the biological mechanism through which CoVid caused (causes) low oxygen? Since I have been trying to figure this out, what I wonder is, if Dr Andrew Moulden’s work offers an explanation? He explains a couple things, both pertaining to clotting. If you FFWD to 1:30 in this video, he explains one way:

Sorry, the background music is loud and annoying. The other thing he talks about is how red blood cells have a positive charge and that is why they don’t clump. But things like viruses, heavy metals, vaccines etc can cause them to lose their charge and stack or rouleaux. They then can’t fit through the tiny capillaries and you can’t see this it on MRI. I was wondering if that could be happening in the capillaries of the lungs since we know CoVid was causing blood clots.

Also, Dr Moulden mentioned one of his areas was an electrophysiologist but of the brain, not the heart. In light of everything we now know, I think it’s fascinating he was talking about vaccines causing clots way back in early 2000s. It’s possible he might have died for figuring it out and sharing. Also, he had 3 PhDs. Smart guy. Good guy.

Ok. Just got this in my inbox. If you don’t think Moulden’s work explains low oxygen from CoVid virus, what about adverse effects from the vaccine?

This is going to be a lot of fun.

VPZD show on ROIDS! Looking forward to the coming episodes.

ZDogg on his best behavior, lol! ;-)

Electrophysiologist? I had to google that. Very interesting. I wonder what Dr Mandrola would have to say about (triple PhD) Dr Andrew Moulden’s work. Zeta potential and rouleaux. Cells have an electrical charge that can be messed up?

And for Dr Damania, I understood zeta potential as the actual biological existence of chi. But, idk.

Looking forward to these podcasts

Hello. I used to listen to medical podcasts ALL the TIME (listening to Jerry Hoffman for years introduced me to the fantastic comments you all talk about). These days — I listen far less to podcasts (lack of time) — but appreciate availability of this additional modality! CREDIT to YOU ALL for the important work you are doing. My only HOPE is that you reach the people that NEED to hear all you have to offer regarding evidence-based medicine applied practically. THANK YOU! — :)

Many of us will not listen to podcasts -- they are too time consumptive and there are only 1440 minutes in a day. And many of us are visual learners. I have asked (and most have come around) those who podcast to post a transcript so that the excellent content can be consumed by us visual learners. Autotranscribers are cheap/free. Some people like Tara Henley goose their subscriptions by doing great podcasts but restricting the transcripts to paid subscribers. Some treat them equally like Glenn Greenwald. I pay for this site so happy either way, but would be sad to miss the content.

Since you are just starting out, I am hoping you can get this executed before beginning. Many thanks.

Thank you!! Loved this, and have loved reading Sensible Medicine.

Getting used to podcasts…😬

FWIW:LOVE Zubin… I appreciate him refusing sacred cows and allowing all topics to be in the line of fire. He’s a brave man, and humble. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I like Prasad but Zubin will not let go of insulting Brett Weinstein and every time I hear it I turn it off.

I suggest if you want a large audience you stop maligning people who are genuinely trying to help and have largely been proven correct.

One of the things that is supposedly the case in science is that things aren’t set in stone. By definition, hypotheses must be falsifiable. And yet, debate seems to be so controversial these days. Nuance doesn’t seem to be a thing. Thank you all for bringing nuance and debate back to us!

Would very much like to hear what is the science/ mechanism by which the vaccines prevent serious disease/ hospitalization? How do they do this? Vinay, you have maintained this throughout.

It’s time for ZDog to apologize. He made fun of autism a few years back, mocking parents who saw their children regress into autism after their shots.

He sarcastically made a comment similar to,

“I going to get my flu shot and a side of autism to go with it.”

The CDC cannot support their claims that vaccines do not cause autism and Zubin’s mocking was not only disrespectful and wrong, it was childish and ignorant.

Zubin? Any comment?

I recall this. He made many comments. It was cringy. I made mean memes about him. I too was childish. I apologize. New, improved, spiritually evolved ZDogg is very likable and funny. I had no idea actually. I notice he hasn’t made fun of the vaccine injured in a long while. I see huge growth that he deserves credit for. The hard truth: when shit gets real, new age spiritual narcissism doesn’t cut it. Only Christianity teaches the whole, we’re all sinners, forgiveness, redemption pathway. And that’s the only one that’ll get you to an apology. No one’s path is incorrect. It’s just their personal path. The hardest thing to do is accept and allow. And have faith. Not yet. But one day.

You’re 100% correct. I’ve follow and admire Vinay Parsad and to see that he’s partnered up with ZDogg is discouraging. There are plenty of doctors and substacks to follow but this will not be one of them anymore.

I do understand and don’t blame you. It was really bad. I’m sure you don’t want to hear this but, it can be therapeutic to give that which we wish to receive. I say, give him another chance and cut him off with the first degrading comment toward the vaccine hesitant or injured.

If you could touch on this topic in a session: What ever happened to Corbevax? Developed in Texas, deployed in India, but never discussed. I think if Corbevax were a vaccination choice we would not have had an anti-Vaxxer problem. Imagine how pleasant the last couple of years could have been! It was developed by Peter Hotez and colleagues at Texas Children’s Hospital. He gave it away, did not profit from a patent, and it was NOT mRNA delivered.

Expand full comment

I don’t trust Hotez and wouldn’t take one of his vaccines. Dr Malone on the other hand... yes.

Expand full comment

Well, I know why you distrust him. He said some things he might need to take back, but his vaccine was a more standard protein vaccine. Not mRNA so it seems to me it would be safer and more people would be open to it. Many people aren’t totally anti-vax, just anti-mRNA vax. But we do not have any safety data on Corbevax that I have heard about because it isn’t allowed in the US. I believe they gave it to 70 million people in India. I think it would be interesting to know and especially if we end up with another pandemic soon. It will be a long long time before all the vitriol from both sides is forgotten. All in all, I would rather take the focus away from individual people and keep the focus on what strategies work and which do not. The mRNAs have been so contentious.

So happy about this podcast! I LOVE podcasts! They have changed the quality of my life as the quality of my eyes has declined markedly. AND a podcast allows one to exercise while listening, thus improving both mind and body. I will walk longer or peddle longer just to finish a podcast or a chapter of an audio book. Remember that you are improving the health of senior citizens by providing this format!
